Imagine living for a century, a full life with family, friends, and adventures. Edmond Theriault was born in Fort Kent, a town that he grew up in. From a young scamp living on South Perley Brook Road, to a schoolboy hunting and fishing with his father, to a young man picking potatoes, slicing seed potatoes, and cutting wood far into the forests of Maine. He went to World War II, becoming a B-17 pilot.
Edmond came home and found the love of his life, Joan Pelletier. He raised a family of eleven children. His hobby, making snowshoes lasted into his elder years. He lived in Eagle Lake and Portland, and has come back home to Fort Kent. This is the story of a proud man living a dynamic life with his interest in people and plants and with his loyalty to his family and country, the United States.
