Print and Digital MagazinesPlease reference the chart below for our refund policy. In general, if you are unsatisfied with your magazine within 6 months of purchase, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for undelivered/unfulfilled issues.
Single issue digital orders will not be refunded unless you cancel your order on the dashboard within minutes of placing it. Once the digital magazine has been fulfilled and added to your Zinio or Magzter account, it is considered "delivered" and no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for orders older than 6 months for any reason.

Orders that have received cash back, rebate, virtual currency, or any other reward are exempt from the policy above and are not eligible for a refund for any reason.
ZINIO Unlimited:
After any trial period, you will be billed $8.99 each
month. Once billed, your access will continue until the end of the then-current subscription period and no
refunds
will be offered.
Magzter Gold:
Monthly Subscription - You will be billed $9.99 each month. Once billed, you will
have a 7-Day No Questions Asked Refund Guarantee and your access will continue until the end of the then-current
subscription period. After 7 days, no refunds will be offered.
Annual Subscriptions - You will be billed the then cost of annual subscriptions which
range from 1-3 years. Once billed, your access will continue until the end of the then-current subscription period.
You will have a 7-Day No Questions Asked Refund Guarantee. After 7 days, no refunds will be offered.
Books Refunds & Returns:
If you have an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged book shipment, please contact our Customer
Care team
here before proceeding with the return.
DiscountMags values your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Book purchase, you may return
such Book(s) for a refund of the purchase price of the Book(s) plus any applicable taxes to your original form of
payment so long as you understand:
- You must notify DiscountMags within thirty (30) days of the delivery date of the book order.
- The Book(s) must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped Books must be unopened and unused.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Customers will be required to arrange for and cover the costs of shipping back returned Book(s) and must use a method of shipping that includes tracking.
- We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for excessively large orders or repeat returns by the same customer.
Miscellaneous Goods Refunds & Returns:
If you have an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged miscellaneous goods shipment, please contact our Customer
