Even though she knew how to cook very well, she couldn't easily maintain the dietary recommendations she received from the doctor. This is a story my cousin told me about her friend's mother. according to her the friend's mother was diagnosed with hypertension for over two years without high fluctuations. It shouldn't be so but because she couldn't maintain the dietary prohibition placed on her to get herself, she ended up not achieving good health for two years of trying.
