Across the country, every day, there are ordinary geeks and nerds planning fandom events. Be they scifi cons, comic cons, gaming cons, anime cons, furry cons, or some other kind of con I can't think of... odds are, they're events put on as labors of love.
Or spite. Sometimes it's spite.
UnCONventional is the story of one such convention, put on by a group of volunteers in a Northwestern Wisconsin college town. Every year they run a con despite their differences, and every year it seems to work out.
Mostly. Barely. Sort of.
This volume collects the first four years of the comic along with additional commentary and notes.
