This book is a collection of my writings made on my Facebook page. It is a collection of my honest reflections as I journey from day to day. I chose to name this volume, "A Spoonful for the Journey," as I believe that in life we all need a little bit more of something to take us to where we are going. That spoonful for some may be inspiration, motivation, or confrontation. For others, it is reflection, revival or restoration. For others, it is a rebuke, reproof or a strong reminder.
