A native of rural Mississippi, Dr. Elizabeth Foy has taught the Word of God for forty-three years. She holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies and a Doctorate of Divinity from Evangel Christian University. For many years, she enjoyed the unique honor of serving as the only female chaplain to motorcycle clubs in the southeastern U.S., logging thousands of miles ministering the Gospel to the biker community. She helped found Kairos Outside of Louisiana (a ministry to the families of those incarcerated); and with her husband, Ray, conducts worship services in several prison facilities. Ordained with AEGA International, the Foys founded Highways & Hedges Ministries in 1996. Popular speakers at conferences, retreats, and seminars, their primary focus is women's ministries. Currently their major emphasis is hosting "The King's Tea" - a one to three day event focusing on an intimate worship experience with the Kin
