Rev. Dr. Jackson Yenn-Batah is a graduate of the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia from which he received the Master of Divinity degree in Biblical
Study/Languages in 1998 and the Doctor of Ministry degree in 2001 with the highest honor.
He is also a graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler where he earned the Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and the Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1983 and the Master of Science degree in Public Administration in 1984.
Ordained a Deacon in 1972 and an Elder of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in 1976, Dr Yenn-Batah has served the Church in various capacities as Pastor, Chaplain, Presiding Elder, Mission Supervisor in Ghana from 1986-1995.
He also served the Christian Council of Ghana as Acquisition Editor and Marketing Manager of Asempa Publishers from 1987-1995.
Dr. Yenn-Batah has done extensive mission work in Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Germany and the United States of America.
Currently, he is the Senior Pastor of Wesley United Methodist Church in Arlington, Texas, USA.
His published books include: "Intercessory Prayer: A New Model for Transformative Ministry" and "A Brief History of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in West Africa 1958-1998".
