Detectives Russ Wyatt, Steven Judd, and K9 deputy Max work with a federal task force to catch a paid serial killer with organized crime connections that stretch from Seattle to Chicago. The killer is soon identified as a former Marine Corps sniper who received a psychological discharge.
The former sniper sets out to settle a personal score against those he perceives as responsible for the death of a close friend and for his discharge from the Corps. After the killer meets and marries the sister of an organized crime figure, he is hired by the mob to carry out contract hits against competitors and those who threaten the crime family's business.
