After longing to do a solo canoe trip into Ontario's wilderness and putting it off year after year, a 65 year old woman overcomes fear and ageism to embark on a life changing four day journey into the Algonquin Park backcountry, paddling eight lakes and portaging her canoe and packs over 14km through the forests. This is the story of her journey and how she got there.
