TREVOR A. BEAMAN is an active-duty US Army Special Forces Green Beret, father, and husband who married his university sweetheart, Shawn. He is a multi-combat tour veteran with over twenty-four years of service in the US Army. After over two decades of struggling with depression, substance abuse, and suicidal ideation, he found healing and has written a self-help memoir that everyone can use to gain knowledge and reflect in their everyday life. Trevor grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and now lives in the Florida Panhandle, where he enjoys live music and playing in the ocean with his two amazing kids.
