Mental Arsenal Youth Empowerment Manual is written for today's youth who feel helpless and powerless in an intersocietal society. By exploring reflective tips on self-improvement and empowerment, you will learn that true power begins with the understanding of yourself and others. Charlton Earl Jennings
My main purpose of writing this manual is to communicate and enlighten youth who have questions about how to deal with difficult situations and others they may encounter, by reflecting on similar experience. I refer to past mistakes I made to help others avoid encountering negative interactions and consequences; that can impact their lives.
Charlton Earl Jennings, is African American. He was a victim of racial profiling at the age of twenty-four. He was convicted of and is serving time for felony/criminal charges stemming from a EPD shooting self defense encounter on July 7, 2000. By God's grace all parties involved survived. He is incarcerated and has atoned for his past mistakes. Charlton hopes to dissuade youth and young adults from making the mistakes he has made. He shares suggestions about how to develop a positive mental arsenal mindset; that is needed for self growth and personal empowerment.
