Ferrara's Sausage Company was started with the idea of continuing the legacy and traditions that were started by the DeGearo and Ferrara families in Saratoga Springs, NY. Chef Bo came to Florida on vacation in 1986, fell in love with the ocean, and decided to stay. He missed creating real Italian classics and decided to go back to his roots and pursue his passion as he did so successfully in New York. Today Chef Bo has never been happier and enjoys making homemade sausage and Italian meals for others.
In this book, Chef Bo shares his family's original recipes while also incorporating some of his own. He hopes that this cookbook of classic favorites can serve as a legacy you share with your family and friends. He believes good traditions start in the kitchen, so let's cook something good together.
