Lady shared her boyfriend's dream of opening a Bible-based home for disadvantaged children. She said she would marry Jesse one day, and he promised to build her a mansion. But Lady left her loving family and their cattle ranch in Texas-and her beloved Jesse-for a career as a musician. "I have this idea that I can make a difference and change lives by and through what gifts God has given me," she tells her momma. But Lady found that worldly success often demands compromise; she was lonely, empty, and losing her way.
