A message from the author: Hi! My name is Campbell Eden, and I'm so happy to share my book with you. The King's Messenger was written with a very specific audience in mind - Dyslexics.

I am a writer, but a reader first, who has spent her whole life learning about the effect dyslexia has had on me. I know there are others like me, others who also need books that are created with this learning disability in mind.

The King's Messenger (13,000 words) was written as a low-reading level but high-interest book. My goal has been to reach and help dyslexics just like me. Everyone is at a different place in their reading journey, but they all deserve the chance to have a book created for them. All the preview readers in our writing process struggled with a different degree of dyslexia to ensure our readability. The mature cover, dyslexic-friendly font, and storyline are meant to encourage and empower dyslexic readers. (Ages 11-18+)

No teen deserves to be embarrassed or discouraged by the books they are capable of reading, books which often end up feeling "Childish" or still too complicated. Every detail in this writing process has been chosen with empowerment, readability, and most importantly, enjoyment in mind. After many years and much time, I am proud to introduce you to...The King's Messenger!
