Athletic and beautiful, Julie is a modern woman and a highly successful fashion photographer who has always thrived to produce fine-art images. She lives in Manhattan and still misses her long-deceased husband and the profound closeness they shared. During a run around Central Park, she comes up with a provocative new idea: she decides to film and photograph the innermost aspects of intimacy of people in their own homes. She wants to use the full power of her mature artistry to capture these private moments in the most gorgeous images she can create. She meets Jim, a ruggedly handsome former model in his twenties, now working behind the camera, and she pitches the idea to him. Captivated, he agrees to join the project.
