This story is about the highs & lows of being my moms caregiver during the last years of her life and all the Hidden Treasures I found along the way. Just like diamonds & pearls are Treasures created under stressful conditions; so also were mine. Join me on my roller coaster of life where I try to find the Hidden Treasures around every corner. Remember, you can't have exhilarating highs unless you've experienced heartbreaking tragedy. We only get one try at this thing called life and wont get out of it alive. Bring tissues, hope you enjoy! My name is GgMa Snow, or great-grandma Snow. I was raised with both Amish & Hebrew traditions with a brother & sister and me in the middle. I enjoy capturing beauty with my photography and digital drawings while listening to music. I was inspired to write this book by a man who lost his arms & legs but was determined to walk again, and so he did. His challenges made my challenges seem petty. I am now divorced after a 35 year marriage to a narcissistic spouse who broke my back twice. I know how hard it is to "look on the bright side" when you're sounded by blackness. I also know change is constant! Although I can't see the future, I do know Someone who created the past, present & future. I am thankful He is in control and always will be. When I fall down, He picks me up sometimes thru music.
