Our journal is of self-exploration. It is designed to focus on being thankful for what we have. Also, it reminds us not to take for granted the simple things in life. When you think about it, they give us such joy!
There are plenty of reasons to practice gratitude, regular practice has been shown to have measurable positive effects on mental and physical health, and overall well-being. Gratitude can teach empathy and help children to be more thankful for everything they have.

Our Gratitude Journal is organized in 3 sections. Each day kids can list three things they are thankful for, a person who brought them joy, and how they felt about their day. Our journal is a nice, soothing activity to end the day.
