From the Hill to the Horizon explores 150 years of MBA from the perspective of students, alumni, teachers, and headmasters. Established in 1867 as part of the University of Nashville from a generous gift from the estate of Montgomery Bell, the all-boys school started in downtown Nashville and moved to its current location in 1915. MBA has continued to grow while focusing on its mission of educating boys and making them into men.
