This workbook is designed to give you a variety of tools that you can apply to any situation with the intention of learning how to work with your symptoms to restore balance and transform your health if you stay consistent in your practices.
Each week a different topic will be presented with exercises to do. They are designed to work with the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual parts that make up who you are. It is important to create a clear vision in the very beginning of what healing you desire for yourself. You can do a section per week or take longer if you want to spend more time focusing on a particular exercise in the workbook.
It is my hope that this workbook will be a catalyst for a new healing paradigm that focuses on the whole person with the intention of supporting the body's innate healing ability; recognizing the connection between body, mind, and spirit; restoring health and well-being; and transforming lives in the process.
