Remember, people are the organization's most valuable asset. Therefore, viewing SHRM through a biblical lens reminds us of the essential dignity and respect that each human deserves. The marriage of biblical teachings with SHRM practices results in a concerto that strikes a high note in organizational harmony, productivity, and success. After all, every successful organization thrives on the foundation of compassion, justice, respect, and love.
