This modification, unique to the Mud Dogs, enables them to combat the Shezn-a relentless and powerful enemy determined to dominate all life in the universe. By Carl's side is Raya, an Evolution shifter from a species that evolved from house cats. Joining them is Marine Lieutenant Skyler, a blind Evolution shifter and veteran of the Marine Corps' deadliest force, known as the Advanced Biosonar Soldiers. Together, they will train the Mud Dogs to fight in complete darkness using blind technology, giving them an advantage over the enemy.
