This is a collection of poems I wrote about eggs I ate during grad school, usually alone in my apartment in the evening. Each egg meal was completely different; sometimes I would just scramble an egg or two, and other times eggs would merely be one part or one ingredient in a larger meal. Each haiku is about food, but each haiku is also not about food, as the haikus often included broader themes from my life as well.
