Facing life's battles head on is like a warzone. How will you face them?
Life became a nightmare. I had a foundation of faith, but in these battles, it wasn't enough. I had choices in how I would respond, or, in some situations, live or die. Reading a book or listening to a preacher wasn't cutting it. I felt like I was walking on a minefield. If I step in the wrong direction, it could be hopeless. I had to gather my ammunition and fight the battles head on. It wasn't ordinary ammunition like one would think-it became ammunition to fight an enemy I didn't know really existed or truly understood.
