She obtained her PhD in Family Studies from the University of New Mexico. Sharon has a passion for teaching, whether at the university level, with women at her church, with women at conferences and conventions, or with children and youth. She has a personal commitment to Bake the Cake and continue her journey toward fulfillment and meaning as ordained by God. Sharon is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico. She and her husband have three adult children and five amazing grandchildren. Her husband is a pastor of a local church. Sharon has been involved in ministry for women and children for many years and continues in those areas of ministry as the wife of a pastor.
