Growth is not meant to be linear. Every poem is in the order of which it was written, to show that even the worst trains of thought won't continue to the next day... Ok, sometimes they will, but that's when you write out how it makes you feel. These poems are meant to exhibit perseverance through the valleys and mountains of one's unique life story. Old wounds will reopen, new love will grow strong, doubt will creep in, but with my pen and paper I'm hoping to prove we are not alone in any of these experiences.
