This is part three of a trilogy that started with The Compleat Acupuncturist followed by Grasping the Donkey's Tail. It describes the Eastern branch of science which is complementary to the Western sciences. The ways to use pulses to plan acupuncture treatment are described including how to treat cancer. There are over 50 case histories to illustrate all the methods detailed in the text. This style of acupuncture is based on each person's inborn Constitution as well as their current health issues, or their Condition. Based on 50 years of clinical experience, I have developed an approach that integrates methods from China, Korea, Japan and India. Many controversial passages in the Chinese classical medical texts are explained in ways that have not been discussed by earlier commentators.
