Happy New Year to you all! Inevitably this time of year is one of reflection. Whether you look back fondly on 2021 or can’t wait for it to be over, one thing’s for certain – we can’t change it. It’s all too easy to take stock by lamenting missed opportunities or beating ourselves up over perceived mistakes, but I prefer to focus on the good. Think about the moments this year that brought you the most joy or a sense of peace. Where were you? Who were you with? What were you doing? I’m not a fan of New Year resolutions because they’re often focused on denying ourselves, or mean doing less of something. If you must make one, why not let it be to find ways to do more…
