She has always worked in the male-dominated industry of banking, and rose to the top by being a skilled leader, mentor, and strong leader. She specializes in building teams and creating tomorrow's leaders in the financial industry. Jennifer has sat on numerous boards, won multiple awards for leadership, and continues to give back by volunteering for many non-profits.
