Instead of carrying your bank, loyalty or gift cards around, you store them digitally and access them on your phone. Still not sure whether you should start using this technology? Here are some of your questions answered. 1 WHAT IS IT? Your digital wallet is an app on your smartphone. It can also be accessed on a laptop, tablet and smart watch. The wallet can store digital versions of your physical bank cards. Instead of carrying your cards and cash around, you only need your phone for shopping.
