This recipe from the pros in the Woman’s World test kitchen is like a delicious dessert in a glass! To make a Minty ‘Shamrock’ Shake: Combine 3 cups of vanilla or chocolate-chip mint ice cream, 1 ¾ cups of low-fat milk, 1 cup of ice cubes, ½ tsp. of peppermint extract and 10 to 12 drops of liquid green food coloring in a blender.
