They don’t understand depression Q I’ve been depressed for a number of years. I’ve tried everything to shift it – drugs, exercise, therapy and so on – and it rarely lifts. I’m sick of friends and family telling me to do some of these things, or take a herbal cure, or get over it. How do I get them to understand it isn’t that simple?
