Spotting wildlife is one of the joys of this trip. For the best possible views, remember to carry binoculars, be patient and keep a safe distance (particularly near mother bears and cubs). Here’s what you might find and where:

✢ Lake Louise Look out for bears from the gondola
✢ Icefields Parkway Grizzly and black bears, elk, mountain goats, caribou, wolves, moose. Cougars are a rare spot, but it does happen!
