Il y a toujours une virgule mal placée, un mot à affiner, à caler pour le rythme de l’oreille, la musicalité. J’en ai dans mes tiroirs qui ont vingt ans et qui n’ont pas encore vécu sur scène. La clé d’une bonne chanson, c’est l’attaque, les deux ou trois premières phrases qui ferrent l’attention : « La mer, qu’on voit danser, le long des golfes clairs… » Je pense à la première image d’un film. C’est à partir de là que la chanson s’écrit. Après, il faut parler vrai, ne pas avoir peur des mots, oser les mots crus, agressifs… Je n’ai aucun tabou. J’aurais dû être un illettré total et…
