Nogle studier angiver cirka 40 gram mandler dagligt, hvilket svarer til omkring 30 stykker, altså en håndfuld. Det afhænger nok også af, hvor mange nødder, kerner og frø du i øvrigt spiser, da de har tilsvarende sundhedsgevinster. Jeg synes grundlæggende, at du skal spise mandler, som du har lyst til uden at overdrive. Og en håndfuld er et godt udgangspunkt.…
