Rare ocean creature found

A team of scientists was surprised recently when they spotted an unusual creature near the bottom of the Pacific Ocean. Now they are wondering if it was a new species. The researchers were aboard the E/V Nautilus, a ship used by the Ocean Exploration Trust to make new discoveries in the world’s seas. The team had released a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) named Hercules to explore the sea bed. Equipped with a camera, Hercules can be controlled from the ship and show the team what is happening deep below the surface.
