A pocket-size tool has sensors A that test food and liquid for harmful substances and provide results within seconds. The tool, called EcoTracker, was developed by the company Milerd, which has been making medical equipment and consumer gadgets for many years. EcoTracker measures levels of substances like nitrates and pesticides in meats and produce. These aren’t necessarily bad but can indicate contamination or be harmful in large quantities.
