Police car’s parking ticket

You might expect the police to stick to the rules but on 27 August a police car in Newport, Wales, was given a parking ticket. Parking tickets are stuck to cars that have been parked somewhere they shouldn’t be, and the owner has to pay a fine. The police car had been left on double yellow lines, which mean you can’t park there. Police cars are not excused from parking restrictions, and they can be issued with a ticket if they break the rules.…
