Pilot leaps from plane to plane A daredevil pilot has jumped from one plane to another in mid-air. Luke Aikins wanted to become the first person to perform the stunt. Aikins, who is also an experienced skydiver (someone who jumps out of planes with a parachute) took on the challenge with his cousin Andy Farrington. The pair flew side by side and planned to jump to each other’s planes. Aikins succeeded but Farrington felt he couldn’t make it, so he opened his parachute instead.
