New VR episode of Doctor Who

The Doctor has made her debut appearance in a virtual-reality (VR) episode of the popular TV series. The Runaway, released on 16 May, lets viewers take control of the Tardis and use the sonic screwdriver. To watch – and play along with – the episode, viewers need an Oculus Rift or HTC Vive VR headset. Those without suitable VR kit can also experience it at 40 libraries across the UK. By wearing a headset, users will be placed in a story that unfolds around them over the course of 13 minutes.
