The Duke of Cambridge, Prince William, has said that people need to talk more openly about mental health. Mental health refers to how we think, feel and behave. Anxiety (when someone often feels uneasy or worried) and depression (when someone feels very sad or low for a long period of time) are both examples of mental-health issues. In the BBC documentary called A Royal Team Talk, shown on 19 May, William said people need “to relax a little bit and be able to talk about our emotions because we’re not robots”. He also opened up about his own feelings. In 1997, William’s mother, Princess Diana, died in a car crash.
