Our Time on Earth is an exhibition exploring climate change through art, design, music, philosophy and science at the Barbican Centre in London. Climate change refers to long-term changes in world weather patterns, including rising temperatures. Human activities such as burning fossil fuels (coal, oil and gas), cutting down forests and some types of farming cause of climate change. Bringing together lots of artists, environmental campaigners, scientists and writers, the exhibition explains to visitors how we need to work together to fight climate change. The exhibition has three main sections: “Belong”, “Imagine” and “Engage”. “Belong” explores humans’ connection with other species and our place in the world. “Engage” tells us how we can take action to help the environment.
