World Book Day is all about finding books you love.

World Book Day takes place on 7 March, an annual celebration to encourage all children to enjoy reading. There are plenty of ways to get involved, including swapping the £1 token printed below for one of the World Book Day books, to dressing up as your favourite character. World Book Day is marked in more than 100 countries. In the UK and Ireland, it’s all about encouraging young people to discover the magic of reading. The theme for this year is “Read Your Way”.
