It’s Neurodiversity Celebration Week from 17–23 March and our Wellbeing feature on page 19 this week explores the different ways our brilliant brains work. Our differences can really help each other when we work together. For example, I’ve always enjoyed words and how you can arrange them to tell stories and create moods. Other people on the team have brains that are more visual. Our picture editor, Mandy, is great at seeing how photographs tell a story. I listen to her explain why this picture is better than that one for a particular report, and I feel my brain stretching a bit. For this week’s cover, I loved the iceberg story but couldn’t think of the right headline. I came up with “Stuck fast” and “Run aground”. Finally, Dave the…
