The soundtrack to 2025

Singer and song writer Myles Smith looks set for success in 2025. He won the Brit Awards’ Rising Star prize, which he’ll collect on 1 March when the awards take place. Smith also came fourth place in BBC Radio 1’s Sound of 2025. The singer, from Luton, England, got his first guitar from his mother when he was nine years old. He taught himself to play it – and the piano – and began writing songs and performing aged 11. Smith went on to win fans by performing on social media and thinks music is about connecting with people.
