In April 2024, a report was published about young people’s use of devices. It found that nearly a third (31%) of children aged from eight to 11 felt they had too much screen time. If this includes you, these tips might help you to take control of your screen time in a positive way. The first step is to understand how you use your device. Android and Apple phones and tablets have screen time features in their settings that show you how long you’ve been on the device every day – and the apps you’ve used.
