Stinky turtle finds home

A musk turtle called Elon has finally found a home after staying with the RSPCA for 1,579 days. This is the longest time the RSPCA has spent seeking an owner for a reptile. Musk turtles are also known as stinkpot turtles because they can release a very smelly odour to scare away predators. Elon was looked after at Brighton’s Reptile Rescue Centre, where the head of reptiles, Fred Bark, said he was “quite a personable chap”, which means Elon is likeable.…
