Electro’s glad to be back

'Expect the unexpected! It will be bigger and better and I’m super excited to be back!” That’s what Electro says as the popular Gladiators television show returns. Electro is one of the 16 gladiators taking part in the fun programme. In it, “contenders” (members of the public) tackle exciting physical tests and games, and the gladiators try to beat them or stop them as the crowd cheers them on. Electro’s sporting background makes her a tough opponent. “I realised I had a talent for running when I was about three years old,” she tells The Week Junior. “I got into sprinting by watching Usain Bolt at the 2008 Olympics.
