My visit to the Battle of Overloon re-enactment

Name: Jamie “During the October holidays I went to Overloon in the Netherlands. Overloon is the site of the Second World War battle of Overloon where the British and Americans fought the Nazi army to try to free the town of Venray. Often there is a re-enactment of the battle. There were original vehicles and artillery such as tanks, trucks and field guns in the museum and in the re-enactment. The fake battle was noisy, fun and really exciting. There were reconstructed camps with people dressed in uniforms acting as soldiers. I thoroughly enjoyed the museum and had great fun all day visiting Overloon.” What have you been up to lately?
