Dog walker’s beach discovery

While Dave McGirr was walking his dog along Criccieth Beach in Wales, he spotted a strange-looking creature. It was six metres long and covered in brown tentacles and shiny white shells, and McGirr was determined to find out what it was. So he took a photo and posted it online in the hope that someone might be able to help identify the “alien-like” creature. McGirr was shocked to learn that he’d stumbled upon a species that has never been spotted on UK shores before. Now scientists have taken the creature to an aquarium for further investigation. Is this true, or just a shell-arious joke?* *Rubbish!
