The world’s biggest guacamole dip

A festival of avocados in the Mexican town of Peribán has set the world record for the biggest bowl of guacamole ever made. Guacamole is a dip made from avocados, tomatoes, onions and lime, and is typically eaten with tortilla chips. The giant green dip took 300 people around three hours to create, and it weighed in at 4,970 kilograms. Francisco Farías, who was at the festival, told the El Heraldo de Mexico newspaper, “For such a large guacamole, the ingredients were perfect, everything was well balanced.”…
